Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable, we do not accept cancellations. Terms and conditions: * Pony Partyz are fully insured and aim to provide a safe introduction to ponies for younger children. Our ponies are calm, however, it should be understood that horses are 'flight animals' and can be startled by loud noises or sudden movement. * We therefore ask that all clients follow our handler’s instructions and always approach the ponies quietly from where they can see you. * We kindly ask that all children are supervised at all times around the ponies by a parent or guardian. * Please ensure both adults and children have suitable footwear. The foot MUST be covered. Crocs, flip flips, or sandals are not suitable. Our ponies are small and do not wear metal shoes, and our handlers will try to be as careful as possible. * Our ponies do love treats such as apples and carrots but please do not feed the ponies unless instructed to do so by the handler. All bookings are non-refundable, we do not accept cancellations. If Pony Partyz legally cannot open due to the COVID-19 pandemic or any other acts of nature, we shall endeavour to work with you and reschedule your event.
